Our products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. In the event that your items are defective upon arrival, please send an email with your order number and photos to rossfit100@gmail.com. and it will be replaced by another product that you choose.

RETURNS


Our products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Return any unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Items can be returned in original packaging and purchase conditions within 7 days of delivery.

Step 1

Email your order number and photos to rossfit100@gmail.com.

Step 2

Locate the order confirmation email you received when you purchased the items. Print it as you will need to add it inside the package. Items must be returned in a sealed package that includes:
A) Confirmation of your order (with the confirmation email)
B) Mail sent by Rosfit100.com confirming acceptance of the change.
C) The item you want to return

Step 3


Send the package. Keep the tracking number as that will be the only guarantee that you have sent it. After you have shipped the package, check the following boxes:
It has been less than 7 days since I received these items (items returned after 7 days will not be exchanged)
I read and understood steps 1, 2 (a, b, c) and 3, and followed the instructions.
I understand that after my return has arrived at the rossfit100 warehouse and the items have been inspected, we will change the merchandise (including any applicable sales tax) to the original payment method used, and this may take up to 2-3 weeks (any shipping your order charges will not be refunded)
